Shipping/delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the following factors:

  • The product
  • The destination country
  • The season

Every piece of artwork is individually printed, matted and framed after it has been ordered. Printing can take up to four days, depending on the amount of orders being processed at the same time. Once the printing process has been executed I will sign the print, issue the certificate of authenticity and the matted print goes then into the framing process which usually takes a day or two.

Now, depending on where you are based (the delivery address), shipping may take up to one week within the United Kingdom and up to two weeks in the rest of the European Union. Please get in touch with me if you need to receive your order quicker; however, faster shipping may incur an additional shipping fee.

Shipping/delivery Fees
Shipping fees are displayed in your shopping basket during checkout. Shipping within the UK (including the British Isles, Scotland and Northern Ireland) is free of charge.

Payment

Available Payment Methods
I offer credit card payments via Stripe to keep things simple. However, if you prefer a different payment method, please get in touch with me for any arrangements to be made. Additional payment methods will make their way into my website in the near future.

Payment Fees
There are no payment fees.

Returns and Refunds

Returns
You are eligible to return the products you buy on my website should you change your mind. You can do that for a period of 6 months after your purchase. Please be aware that I will only accept returns of original artworks that are completely free of damage.

Refunds
Once I have received your return I will issue your refund immediately. Please keep in mind, however, that refunds may take several days to be processed by your credit card issuer.
